Is it or or ?

Starting thinking I would like another cup of tea. Then I realized I had started some steeping half an hour earlier.

@nicedragon I have a tendency to reheat cups of tea in the microwave. I call them Schrodinger' Tea, because I'm never sure when I take them out if they're going to be piping hot and lively, or stone cold dead because I reheated them 2 hrs ago #BrainFog #Fibromyalgia

@JennieB A kindred spirit, I see!

I put thermal tea-press mugs on my wish list. If I don't have to leave it in the kitchen to steep, I'm more likely to remember that it exists. And if it stays warm longer, I'm less likely to be drinking cold tea (like I am right now -- I did microwave it but then it got cold again). I need all the life hacks.

@nicedragon Sounds like a great idea. We recently bought a big vacuum jug that gets filled up with boiling-ish water at the start of the day, so I can at least top up a cold half-cup of tea without recourse to the microwave. As a strategy it kind of works, but that damp Schrodinger mugs keep on materialising. Maybe the microwave has, in fact, caused a fracture in the space/time continuum.

@JennieB I think a space-time anomaly is the most likely explanation.

@nicedragon At this point I buy one and only one brand of tea, because I know it will taste ok reheated as many times as it takes! Some brands of tea do not reheat well 😝☕
