Loops 🍑 :audhd: :ir:

Note to self: My browser is not a project management tool. It's actually more effective to write down the exact thing I want to remember. All the tabs are intimidating. I don't like to be confronted with them 🫠

@loops

I have the same problem....
Did you know that on chrome on android, the counter for the number of open tabs caps at 99 and afterwards turns into a smiley face.

Yeah, not healthy to have that many open tabs...

@marlowe Yes

In Firefox, it's ∞ instead

It did not take me many days of usage to find this out 😅

@loops
That feels like chrome going "100 tabs? At the same time? Hah, you're funny :D"

while Firefox just says "100 tabs? Oh you're :ms_neurodiversity: neurodivergent, aren't you?"

@izabelamisiak Ooh that's cool! Thanks for the tip! It basically automates how I deal with it - every now and then I copy them all into a list and save it... somewhere... I'm sure 😅

edit: I didn't read properly

@loops This addon is super nice and makes my brain happy. No more chaotic bookmarks and manual labor of dealing with all that. I just checked: in this browser, I have 1273 tabs saved, so... Yeah 😉

@izabelamisiak it sounds wonderful. I tried bookmarks and various extensions to try to manage them... Only to find that keeping up with it is just intimidating and most of it I usually don't need to revisit. This extension looks a good way to balance things, thanks for sharing it! ☺️

@loops I have over 80 tabs because I keep piling up to-dos and each tab is a different to do and i want.to.cry

@frenchfriesforbreakfast if it helps, regardless of the note to self, I still have several windows each with more tabs than I'd like to know about 😅
