Yeah, and the tone they took with me, demanding payment when I'd already paid a $15 fee to hold the appointment (which I would not get back even if I went to the appointment) that they cancelled out of pettiness... It's also incredibly unprofessional to be talking to me about their personal problems when we're discussing my appointment.

They are #ND themselves, but that does not excuse this kind of behavior -- I cried hard, and though I would never pay the fee for the appointment I had cancelled on me for no good reason, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there -- especially highly conscientious ND folks -- who might feel obligated to pay it, even if $80 is a big spend for them like it is for me.

I'm going to figure something out, even if it's just finding a reputable place that takes a payment plan. Thanks for validating <3
