Living with #LongCovid is hell. Being #ActuallyAutistic with it presents even more dangerous and challenges, ranging from total gaslighting to highly diminished levels of energy and executive functioning. Are you dealing with it? How are you? You are not alone.
@theautisticcoach what executive function? Find myself jumping from one task to another at work, as they present themselves, rather than noting something needs doing & holding off until I finish one task.. I just sort of roll with it, accept that everything will get done eventually, just in a random order.
I'm leaning on phone alarms & reminders more.
Knowing when to stop & defrag is a huge help. Taking a moment out, with tea, to breathe, & let everything settle.
@Aerliss @theautisticcoach you know when you need to do a task and you decide it's time? Executive function or dysfunction is the difference between it then happening or being just stuck unable to start.
@desikitteh @theautisticcoach sorry, that was a sarcastic question. It wasn't "what is it?" but "what? Where? I don't see any." I was joking about not having any EF.
@Aerliss @theautisticcoach ah. The joys of being Autistic on the internet. Tone is a mystery. Lol.
